Purity Mabele Soft Porridge Original 350g is an instant delectable porridge that requires no cooking. High in vitamins A, B and C, and folic acid and a source of Vitamin E, zinc and selenium, it’s yummy mixed as a drink or an easy to digest porridge for babies from 6 up to 36 months.

Usage instructions: Recommended portion size: 6-12 months - 1-2 years - 2-3 years: Stove: Mabele baby's soft porridge: - 25g - 35g - 50g. Amount of baby's milk required - 75 ml (just over 1/4 cup) 3 heaped tablespoons - 105 ml (just under 1/2 cup) 5 heaped tablespoons - 120 ml (just under 1/2 cup) 6 heaped tablespoons. Balance of liquid to make up porridge - 125 ml (1/2 cup) - 190 ml (just over 3/4 cup) - 250 ml (1 cup). See panel marked to prepare as porridge for further instructions. . Do not add salt and/or sugar. Storage instructions: Unopened: store in a cool, dry place. Opened: seal bag after use to retain freshness. Do not keep unfinished portion. Never leave baby alone with food or drink. Warnings: This porridge is not intended for infants under 6 months of age and early introduction is not recommended. From 6 months of age, together with breast milk, infants should be fed a variety of foods.
