Return Policy

Refunds & Returns

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website, you may return it to any Dis-Chem store or through the applicable online channel for a full credit, refund, replacement or exchange, provided:

you have the original tax invoice/till slip as proof of purchase;
items are returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase;
the product has not expired;
it is not damaged (including all packaging); and
it is a returnable product (some items are by law, non-returnable for hygiene/health reasons).

Delivery Policy

Delivery

Baby City delivers online orders 7 days a week in main metropolitan areas between 8h00 and 18h00 and all other deliveries will occur Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
Deliveries will usually occur within 5 working days in main metropolitan areas from when your order has been placed and paid for. Baby City reserves the right to change these delivery lead times.
Please note that lead times for peak shopping periods (i.e religious holidays, Black Friday etc.) may be delayed and we will seek to complete deliveries within 4-10 working days

The Dis-Chem Benefit Card ("Benefit Card") is issued by, and remains the property of, Dis-Chem who reserves the right to decline, issue and withdraw the Benefit Card or any Benefit or Partner rewards accrued at any time. Dis-Chem reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Benefit Card.
Member data and personal information is protected in terms of the relevant legislation.

Employees, directors, prescribed officers, shareholders, members and partners (and their family members) of Dis-Chem, the applicable advertising company for the competition or any of their holding or subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotions agencies, are not be eligible to participate in this competition. Dis-Chem reserves the right to disqualify any participant who contravenes this rule. Entrants who have been chosen as winners of a Dis-Chem competition in the last 6 months are not eligible to participate in this competition
