Terms and Conditions (Uploading video)
By uploading your video you agree to the following:
- That you are the parent/guardian/family member of the baby in the video
- That the production studio may edit the supplied video
- That the footage can be used in multi-media applications
- You give Baby City full right to use the video
- That you will not seek monitory compensation for the use hereof
In return, we assure you that the video will not be used for any other purpose other than in marketing Baby City.
