Medela breast protection shells offer unique wearing comfort. The discreet shape and the flexible silicone membrane, delicate with the skin, make them pleasant and invisible under clothes. The ventilation holes at the top of the shell allow air to circulate, preventing moisture and promoting nipple healing. Protective shells protect painful nipples from rubbing (the cause of the pain may be incorrect positioning of the baby's breast). Milk leaks are collected simultaneously. Shells can be worn permanently between breastfeeding sessions. If the pain becomes severe, consult your doctor. Avoid wearing shells at night, to avoid the appearance of sensitive points due to spraying.

Specifications

Assembly and use: Place the silicone membrane on the shell. Make sure it is securely fastened all around. Place the assembled breastplate in the bra, with the silicone membrane opening centred on the nipple and the vents up. We recommend using a breastfeeding bra when wearing shells; it is more spacious and the shell will be more comfortable.
